The FP-PPMB-40-1 is a 1 micron absolute rated PP melt blown sediment filter cartridge designed for demanding RO pretreatment and industrial water filtration applications. Unlike nominal rated filters, this cartridge provides true absolute filtration — guaranteeing 99.9% removal of all particles ≥1 micron. The 40-inch (1016 mm) length maximizes filter surface area and dirt-holding capacity in standard industrial housings.

Applications
Primary RO membrane pretreatment protecting expensive membrane elements from particulate fouling. Also suitable for: cooling tower sidestream filtration, boiler feed water prefiltration, food and beverage process water, pharmaceutical purified water pretreatment, chemical process filtration, and industrial parts washing recirculation. Pairs with activated carbon and water softener pretreatment for complete RO protection.
